What Is UGC Content Creation? Here’s Why I’m Adding It to My Brand

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I don’t do anything halfway. So when I say I’m adding something new to my world, I mean I’ve thought about it, felt it in my gut, and decided it’s time. This summer, I’m officially stepping into the world of what is UGC content creation, and I could not be more excited to bring you along for the ride.

Before I get into all of it, I want you to know one thing: nothing about the heart of what I do is changing. You still have the same Cindy Rose. The same Bombshell Nurse. The same woman who will tell you to wear that bikini, own that room, and stop apologizing for being fully, unapologetically yourself.

This is just a new chapter. And honestly? It is a good one.

What Is UGC Content Creation, Exactly?

Let’s start at the beginning, because I know not everyone lives on the content creator side of the internet, and that is perfectly fine. So what is UGC content creation?

UGC stands for User Generated Content. At its core, it means that real people, not polished production studios or advertising agencies, create content for brands. Companies reach out, send their products, and a creator like me produces video or photo content that feels authentic, relatable, and real. Think of it like a commercial made by someone who actually uses and believes in the product.

That content can show up in a lot of places. It might appear on a brand’s Instagram or TikTok feed. It could run as a paid ad. Some brands use UGC content in television spots, digital campaigns, or even billboard advertising. The reason brands love it is simple: people trust real people more than they trust traditional ads. And the reason I love it? Because it is exactly the kind of content I have been creating for years. I have always talked to you about the products I use, the things I wear, the foods I cook with, and the workouts that keep me feeling strong at 59. UGC content creation is just a more intentional, professional version of what I already do naturally.

Why I’m Stepping Into the UGC Space This Summer

Here is the honest answer: because it makes sense.

I have spent years building this brand with Dennis by my side. We have worked hard, stayed consistent, and created a community of women who show up because they want to feel inspired, not sold to. That kind of authentic connection is rare, and brands are starting to recognize it.

What is UGC content creation if not a natural fit for someone who has built a following around real life? I am not a twenty-something with a ring light and a script. I am a registered nurse in my 37th year of practice, a wife, a grandmother, a traveler, a cook, and a woman who refuses to act like her best years are behind her. That life experience is valuable. That perspective is what brands are looking for. Adding UGC partnerships to my work allows me to collaborate with brands I genuinely believe in, create content that feels true to who I am, and continue growing this platform in a way that serves both my community and my business. It is a professional evolution I am proud of, and I am thrilled to explore it.

My Core Values Are Not Going Anywhere

I want to be clear about this, because your trust matters to me more than any brand deal ever will.

My content has always been built around three things: health and fitness, fashion, and cooking. That is not changing. I will continue to show up for you in those spaces because they are not just content categories for me. They are my actual life. Health and fitness is how I stay strong, energetic, and confident. I want to keep inspiring you to move your body, fuel it well, and treat yourself with the kind of care you deserve. You have one body. Let’s take care of it together.

Fashion is how I express who I am without saying a word. I have never believed that age should shrink your style. If anything, the older I get, the bolder I feel. I want that for you too. Cooking is one of the ways I show love. It always has been. Sharing recipes and kitchen favorites with you is something I genuinely enjoy, and that is not going anywhere. When I do partner with a brand for UGC content creation, it will be because that product fits into the life I already live. I am not going to promote something I would not personally use. Full stop.

What You Can Expect to See From Me

More of the same Cindy Rose you know and love, with some exciting new additions.

My personal social media channels will continue to be a home for my travels, my lifestyle updates, and my honest day-in-the-life moments. Dennis will still be behind the camera, hyping me up and getting great shots. We will still show up overdressed, turning heads, and having the time of our lives.

You will start to see some brand partnership content woven in naturally. When a brand sends me a product and I create content for them, you may see that on their channels as a part of their campaigns. What you see from me directly will always feel like me, because I would not have it any other way. My goal has never changed. I want to encourage women to be themselves. To wear the swimsuit. To try the recipe. To book the trip. To wake up every morning and choose confidence over comparison. That mission drives everything I do, and no business pivot will ever change it.

A Message to My Bombshell Community

I would not be here without you. Truly.

195,000+ of you have shown up on Instagram alone, and that number represents real women who have given me their time and their trust. I do not take that lightly. Every comment, every message, every share is something I genuinely appreciate, even when I cannot respond to all of them.

This new chapter with UGC content creation is, in many ways, a direct result of the community we have built together. Your engagement, your loyalty, and your energy is what makes brands want to work with me. So in a very real way, this is something we have built together. I am excited about what is ahead. Summer is just getting started, and so am I.

Stay lovely,
Cindy Rose, The Bombshell Nurse
